The Witch's Bargain Bloomers

My bloomer collection is growing and moving continuously in style and fabrics, and I'm picking up trends in size and seasons and a zillion reasons why all of us love to wear them. It seems we have very individual pictures in our mind's eye of how they can be worn. Which is perfect, because each pair is unique.
