Midnight blue cotton women’s full length skirt. Measures 42” at hip and 34” long. Elasticated drawstring waistband for flexible sizing. Front pocket. Ties for attaching trinket bag, or mug, or for hiking skirt up to show those bloomers. Self ruffle trim to very full skirt.

Note, there are no fasteners at waist. 42” is the widest point for hips and waist. The waistband can be pulled in with drawstring.
