Unbleached organic batiste cotton women’s petticoat skirt. Elasticated drawstring waist band, so the petticoat will fit ANY waist size up to the measurement given. Hip width is at least 10” wider than waistband. Length is around 32”. If you require a specific size, as these petticoats are cut and sewn individually and small variations will occur, please do send me an email.
